Finding information for pastry arts

Remember, the SSC Library web site is always the best place to start your research!

You've been asked to find articles or formulas to include as part of your Notebook assignment in Chef Smith's PST classes. In this libguide, I've compiled some good resources in the SSC library and on the World Wide Web. Click on the corresponding tabs to find recommended resources.

You'll find a few examples of books from our collection on the Books page. You can also search the library's catalog to Find more books in the SSC Library collection.

Databases contains links to three recommended databases: Academic Search Premier, Hospitality and Tourism Complete and ProQuest Research.

The Periodicals page has a list of the culinary publications owned by the SSC Library. You may find good recipes and formulas by browsing through these magazines.

See the Web sites page for a list of sites recommended by Chef Smith.

And finally, there is a page on MLA citation. You are required to cite your sourcees!
